6. Contract negotiations can be easier and seller concessions are generally less in the fall and winter months. Remember, buyers in the fall and winter are serious about finding a home and fewer properties are available.
7. Real Estate Agents are less busy in the fall and winter due to lower inventory. This translates into more focused attention on your home.
