“When we were ready to put our home of 30 years on the market we were not looking forward to listening to the prepared and long speeches of the real estate industry we remembered from decades ago.  We met with 3 agencies/agents and we can say things have changed for the better.  However, out of the 3 agents we made the best choice for us which was Kim LaCivita for our agent.
